Shipping policy

We set up and pack down at a flat fees of $50 to our serviceable areas within Queensland. This fees in applicable on all orders below $749. Minimum order value for DIY orders i.e. orders placed on our website without the intervention of a team member is $399. Please contact us to place an order valued under $399, accepting such orders is dependent on delivery location and other factors, and may incur additional delivery fees. Our teams sets up and packs up on the day of your event, all packages are available to hire for a maximum of one day. We need at least 3 days advance notice for all bookings.
