Shipping policy
Delivery, Setup & Pack-Down
We deliver, set up and pack down your hire at your chosen venue, so all you need to do is enjoy your event. Delivery is charged as a flat fee based on the distance from our Greenbank base to your venue. This fee covers delivery, setup and pack-down, and is separate from the cost of your hire items or package.
Minimum order
A minimum order value of $500 applies to all hire bookings (excluding the delivery fee).

Your delivery zone and fee are calculated automatically at checkout based on your venue's address. If your venue sits beyond Zone 6 (over 150km from Greenbank), please get in touch and we'll provide a custom quote.
What's included
Your delivery fee covers transport to your venue, setup of your hire items, and pack-down and collection after your event. You don't need to lift or assemble a thing.
Delivery times
We'll arrange delivery and pack-down times with you ahead of your event to suit your venue's access and run sheet.
Pack-down and collection
After your event, our team returns to pack down and collect all hire items. Please ensure items are left accessible and in the condition they were delivered, allowing for normal event use.
Venue access
Please let us know in advance about any access considerations at your venue, such as stairs, lifts, long carries or restricted vehicle access, as these can affect delivery. We'll work through any access details with you when you book.
Damage and loss
We don't require a security bond or deposit. We simply ask that you take reasonable care of your hire items while they're with you. Hirers are responsible for items from delivery through to collection, including any damage or loss beyond normal event use.

For anything not covered here, or any unusual circumstances around your delivery or event, our team will be able to advise and work through it with you.
