Nothing gets a party going like a proper dance floor. Our dance floor hire covers Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with a timeless black-and-white check floor or an illuminated LED floor, both delivered and set up at your venue, indoors or out.

  • A good rule of thumb is that around 30–40% of your guests will be dancing at once, with roughly 0.4–0.5m² of space per dancing couple. We offer two sizes to suit this:

    Our 3.6m × 3.6m LED light-up dance floor (about 13m²) comfortably fits 25–30 dancers at a time, making it ideal for first dances, intimate receptions and events of roughly 80–120 guests.

    Our 4.5m × 4.5m black-and-white traditional dance floor (about 20m²) suits 40–50 dancers at once, ideal for larger weddings and parties of around 130–180 guests.

    If you're unsure or have a bigger crowd, send us your guest count and venue details and we'll recommend the right fit.

  • We aren't trying to create a fake shortage, ideally the second step of your event plan after scouting the location/ event venue should be booking every item you want to hire for your event. Some people do this 365 days in advance, others a couple months. We recommend booking at least a month in advance but during June to September is the busiest wedding period where our dance floors are hired so give it 2 months. We've made it easy for you to check availability on our website, book directly or get in touch with us!
